Our premium boneless turkey breast joints are a great choice for those who have a preference for

- Cooking Guide
- Pre-heat the oven to 170c
- Place the Turkey in the centre of the tray, season with a generous drizzle of oil and a liberal seasoning of salt and pepper all over the skin.
- Add a little water to the tray, around ½ an inch and pop in the oven for 45 minutes.
- After 40 minutes remove the Turkey from the oven, baste the turkey with the cooking juices.
- Place back in the oven for a further 30 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through to 75c in the centre (we use a temperature probe for fool proof cooking).

Please make arrangements for the order to be received and kept refrigerated by a neighbour or friend if you cannot receive the order yourself. Please note there will be a small delivery fee charged to re-attempt delivery if it was not possible on the first attempt.
